I made a 3D-printed adapter ring so I can use the $12 powder coat cups I have plenty of, instead of the $50 cup I only have one of.
Here's the ring sitting on one of the cheap cups, with the powder visible through the mouth.

And here's the gun mounted on the ring and cup in the booth, with the clear cup set aside.

Making it was kind of a pain, because at first it seemed like nothing fit. It got easier once I realized that the cheap manufactured cups are about 2 mm out of round, which meant my measurements were off. Luckily my printer can spit out a prototype in about 20 minutes and a final version in about 45, so I could crank through a bunch of them.
Here's the finished design in CAD.
