This is a mahogany cover that fits over a standard tissue box. It has enough weight to keep the box from jumping around when you pull out a tissue.
The cool thing about this one, from a woodworking standpoint, is that it's mitered on all sides. I made and used a "donkey's ear" jig to get that.
