These clamp collars show how my metalworking skills started to progress after a while. They're simple parts, but they came out as I planned, without much drama. If I'm remembering right, I used a boring head for the center holes, which was a new thing for me.
They held the machine torch I bought to upgrade my plasma table, and went with it when I sold the table. I hope they serve the new owner well, too.

Design and installation (November 2022)
Here's the design in CAD: two split-clamp blocks, each with a bore and clamp screws, joined by a bar.

And here's the aluminum bracket complete and installed on the Z-axis slide of the plasma table, holding the new machine torch. It was super, super nice using the Bridgeport for this.

Boring the bracket on the mill.
