A Boyar-Schultz Model 6-12 surface grinder, built around 1952: horizontal spindle, reciprocating table, magnetic chuck, hydraulic table drive, and the original-style dust collector. It has hand-scraped V-and-flat ways and about 13 inches of table travel, with 0.0005 inch graduations on the vertical.
I got it home on a trailer in August 2026. Since then it has been cleaned up and fitted with new way covers, and I'm still working out just how flat and repeatable it is.
